Tulipa Stool – design by Marcel Sigel for Go Home Designed in Australia, the collection takes clear reference from the petals of the tulip flower.

Featuring wrap around American Oak plywood legs, the unique side table construction is engineered for strength and rigidity whilst maintaining maximum visual impact.

Whether in a residential or commercial environment, each side table offers untethered functionality focused on flexibility and mobility, whilst adding a distinct impact to any environment.The Tulipa stool has a 100% Wool upholstered seat cushion to provide maximum comfort.

A side table and coffee table also define the Tulipa collection. All of which are designed to work either on their own, or together as a collection of multi functional surfaces.

Available in a variety of finishes, including; Natural FSC American oak, Black stain oak, Musk stain oak, and a Walnut veneer. Dimensions: 395 L x 395 W x 450mm H

Born in Australia, Marcel studied industrial design in Perth (Western Australia) before moving to Melbourne in 2004 to set up the multidisciplinary ‘zuii’ design studio. The studio quickly gained recognition, winning various local and international commissions across lighting, object, and furniture.

Following this success he received numerous awards including Wallpaper magazines ‘Best Young Designer’.

In search of new horizons, Marcel received a residency grant from the Australian Council for the Arts, moving shortly to Milan to immerse himself into international design culture. In 2007 he moved to London where he worked with both Artek design studio, and until 2011 was Senior Designer at Tom Dixon.

Since 2013, after relocating to Sydney, Marcel began designing for gohome, releasing the Plateau Table range.
