Kink Bench

TAIT: Design Tait

Product Information

The Kink table and bench is a contemporary classic which incorporates its namesake kink detail. Slats of generously thick timber seemingly wrap arounds its edges to appear as continuous planks of wood, while its unique kink bench seat ingeniously extends beyond its table leg, as if brilliantly angled and further inviting you take a seat.

Kink is manufactured with Australian FSC Spotted Gum timber that is expertly crafted into 30mm-thick slats. Coated with premium natural oil, the original depth and richness of the timber grains are beautifully revealed. The table and bench is further paired with a zinc-plated metal frame that can either be hot-dipped galvanized or powder coated in a range of UV-stable colours.

Kink can be fixed to level ground with concealed fixings, establishing itself as an excellent choice for hospitality, education and public space specifications. Custom lengths and heights are available upon request, while the bench or table can be specified separately and even without its signature kink, to allow the bench to tuck under the table.

Kink has been past specified for Monash University, Westpac’s Barangaroo offices, Caloundra RSL, Wesley College and Willinga Park.
